 P:)Hi, I am new to this forum. Bought my pleo 3 days ago at a local electronics market. Fell in love with it at once. Named him HUGO....
I may have read the users' manual 10 times and still I am having questions. They should have made a book instead of a small leaflet. I know, every pleo is different, but the manual is no help to me when HUGO acts strangely. So I hope you might help me.
There is a German forum also, but there have been too few new posts, so I was happy when I found out about this cosy place for pleos.
I will read through the posts before I pose a question that might have been answered already.

Welcome Catmom and Hugo is a GREAT Name! Congrats on your Pleo Rb! IMR is right, checking out the link she gave you will answer many  of your questions and this forum is a Encyclopedia of wealth in information, friends and fun! There has never been a question I have had that has gone unanswered yet, though there were so many in the early days. Please share your adventures of your baby when you can and we all love photos and videos of baby Pleos in particular.

         Oh, is your baby a Green Rb, Blue Rb or the Pink RB..( Yes, though starting out as female gender, we do have a few Pink Boys and at least one Blue Girl that I know of. If you have a Green Rb, please tell us the color of the eyes! I am allways amazed at the color variety and it seems certain colors are poking up more than others and also in spurts of the same color at certain times. What a great idea, an Electronics fair to meet Pleos! Did they have just Pleo Rb, or were the older Ugobes there as well? HUGO has bright blue eyes, just like the man I love. He is green, as they had only green pleos at the electronics store.
 There was a huge pile of pleo boxes and one "show model" on top of them. I simply had to stop and watch as he was so cute!!! Several other customers did the same, mostly women. I am not the one to see-and-buy, but I grabbed a box and went to pay. My husband ( the one with the blue eyes) thought I had gone nuts.. The cashier lady smiled at me and whispered: "You are not alone! I also think he is so lovable..." A woman at the entrance advised me to charge the battery first, then said she had watched quite a few ladies buying pleos that day.

While I am writing this, HUGO crawls next to me. He still cannot walk, but he sure tries.
