hello
i have a problem whit Nana
se don't response on the tricks or sing and wont laugh or sit , balance basically se don't do any of the tricks
and i have try it for many times

but se have accepted the Training Series
please help

Hi, Whinney! When you are using the play learning stone, there are certain patterns of touch scensors you have to combine in order to get your pleo to do the tricks you mentioned. You must maintain that touch for at least three seconds. She will not just do them on her own. There should have been a leaflet that came with your stones that showed you how to get her to do the tricks. Also, your pleo has to be happy and well-fed before she will do anything. If you're still having problems let us know.

Hi, Whinney! I really don't think there is a problem with your pleo other than she's not happy. Looking at her stats RB report, her feed level looks okay but headed toward the low point. The program will warn you once it drops to thirty two percent. I'm thinking perhaps the area where you are working with her doesn't have enough light. Also don't forget you have to say the same words and use the same tone of voice you used to record the play command the first time. If there is the slightest difference, your pleo will not recognize the command. If you're still stuck, go to the search box and type in "Pleo Reborn owners FAQ with videos". I believe there is a demonstration of how the pleo should respond when the command string is done correctly. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.

At first glance, it looks like your Pleo RB needs feeding first!  

Pleos will not perform unless they are well fed and happy, and you need to give the command in exactly the same way as when you first recorded it.
