Loved the original Keepon, so couldn't resist a punt of £10 on the toy version on eBay!  

He's still very cute, though not nearly so interactive (no camera for a start).  I tried him on all kind of music, but this was definitely his favourite ..... as long as I played it on my PC with speakers, not my laptop.  Please forgive the interference on the sound ..... seems to be a problem here that I can't be bothered to sort out ......

AWWW MAN!  I can't watch the video.  It says the video contains W MG who has blocked it in my country on copyright grounds.  I really wanted to see this little guy in action.  They had these little guys at Toys R us at Christmas time, but I didn't get one.  I thought with all the other bots in my house, this wouldn't be a hit with the kids.  Now I'm curious. 

Can you post one without whatever W MG is?  Crazy copyright laws!

Is it squishy??



It's beat detection is shocking. I have a tap-dancing Mumble (from Happy Feet) and he was made in 2006 and cost $20 less yet he has better beat detection by far. He does not need to pause to make sure he is still following the mustic, he just does it. That is why I don't have a Keepon yet, I do not like the way it pauses all the time. There is no need for it to pause, none of my other dancing toys need to pause and they dance great!

But I'll buy it if if is suitably squishy to poke. Does it like being poked? I want to poke it...

It is indeed squishy, and pokable.  It likes being poked ..... I shall include squishing and poking in the video. 

When I find suitable music, that it likes, that doesn't set off the Youtube police.

Hello People,

My My Keepon is now already on Saturday with me to, but he must unfortunately still wait until the 04/03/2012 then can I My Keepon unpack. And him dance can and him too times stroke nudge and tickle, am me already on my My Keepon Robot.
