Last month, my sister purchased a PLEO rb from ebay and it turned out all the accessories were missing(only the battery is included). She made complaints to the seller but was ignored. Since then she only purchased Pleo's related products from Innov Lab and nothing like the eBay stuff happens any more.

 I am sorry that your sister had such an experience. Was it the Hong Kong or other Europeon site, Ebay, or a US site? I ask because I have been a seller and buyer on Ebay, (US site) since 2004, and the US site has what is called, Buyer protection from Paypal. If it was a Pleo listed with all accessories and not delivered as such , and had been a US site, then she could open a dispute case, [item not as described] and the seller would have a certain length of time to deal with your sister and either refund her money or send the missing items,( if listed as being complete with items. sometimes they do not list all items but if they do, then it is not as described and your sister could have gotten either a refund and return the Pleo. or a discount for missing items) I have had Pleos that were not as listed, that I purchased and even when the seller ignored me, Paypal through Ebay got me a full refund.
           As for Innvo labs being the best, I have no complaints with them, they are great. I have never had a problem with them, but they are a little slow sometimes in customer service, but I think they are understaffed in that department, but they do care about their customers and if there is a problem with Pleos they sell, and they are still under warranty, they take care of you very well, I hope your sister gets the items she did n'[t recieve. RWM is right, but I wondered if the RB was a pink/blue one or a green one?  The pink and blue ones were distributed in China/Asia only by Chinatete until recently, but Innvo had issues with them because they were selling a 'Basic Pack' with no food or toy accessories.

I'm sorry to hear your sister had problems.

It's always better not to purchase Pleo from websites other than Innov Lab.
They are the one who create Pleo and got the best customer support.

that's horrible. I know that some people would sell defective products on eBay, please be cautious.

I really hate the people who sell defective/ fake Pleo on line. Shame on them.
