Kat have you heard anything from Innvo on your Pleo Rb yet or a note ? Mike, have you heard back from Innvo,( Derek that is, ) yet ? I do know Innvo usaully sends messages , confirmations of recieving their messages rather early. Last month or so, I allways get a failure notice that says their mailbox is full, so I don't know if their messages actualy get through or not though.?

While I am waiting for the jury to come back on this one, where are the rest of the videos and pics of the other Pleo Rb that were won? oh, Lelekaspaca. did your little pink girl arrive yet as she was being held by customs? I hope they let her go this week, that is terrible to make you wait like that, almost like a randsome child! LOL

Everyone please post some pics to keep my spirits up and I can see your beautiful babies.

I'm still waiting for customs clearance, this week it should be coming once the documentation for the release has already been sent.

I must wait 3 to 5 business days to the release ... I'm on the second business day!

If our babies, ( myne by some grace of God miracle arrives at all) Lelekaspac, you and could still do a Hatch together. That would be fun, two Pleos hatching together is better than none hatching together. Mostly I am just happy that you look as if you will soon get your Pink girl, I really hope Wednesday is your lucky day.

Yes there was a mistake. They used the wrong list. Great news is they will be sending me a green pleo rb anyway which is very nice of them. He also said that he will make sure that the other person I mentioned that was contacted will get their pleo rb also.

Find your happy cloud RWM you will get your pleo.

I decided I wouldn't update Innvo's twitter account until this all gets figured out though.

Yes, Innovo Labs are wonderful and I know they stand behind and believe in their product. They did contact you Kat, but have never contacted me, so it is harder for me to belilve. I am glad if they are sending me the Rb that I was supposed to have won, that is great and I am appreicative as I can not afford to buy one myself. What you did not say, and Mike has said nothing either and I do wonder , Is Innovo going to announce what the winning video or pictures were that Mike submitted and what was the one that they chose that I submitted. ? The biggest part of the contest, was not just winning a Pleo Rb, like putting your name in a hat and having it be "LUcky" and your name got picked at random, The point of this competition, was to submit a video, photo or essay saying or expressing what Pleo means to you,
IN other words, this was a Competition. Much like the recent , "name the Pleo contest" that ended here on the Pleo forums where you guys submitted names for my Pleo. I didn't just pick a name out of a hat, but chose what I thought were the best names you guys came up with. NOw do you understand a little more of what I am talking about?

I need to know, what was the video or such that made them pick my name as a winner to start with. If Derek told you Kat that he had the wrong list to start with, then what was the other list? I want to know which video won. This is what I have been looking forward to ever since September 11th or 12th when I was notified that I was a winner. Do you know how good it made me feel to know that they chose one of my entries! I felt so so good, and winning over other entries that could have won is what made me feel special, that the judges liked one of my videos. How would the rest of the contestants feel if they did not know which entry won, just that Innvo said, "here is your Pleo RB". Some people may not care, and just say, Yipppee, a free Pleo Rb. That is great, and there is nothing bad with that. but the whole thing on facebook was a contest a competition. I hope now you know why I am feeling blue still.

Part of the problem has perhaps been resolved, but I would still like to feel like I actually won by seeing my name and the video or entry that made it possible, otherwise, I am made to feel like a "charity case", I am hoping Derek Dotson and Innvo follow through on the rest of this mixup and announce the others who won, ( Mike and myself) and what the winning entries were. Otherwise, It is not as happy a event as it should be. Makes me feel like they just want to be done with this contest and not post anything else. I also think Innvo should contact me telling me what is happening. It makes me feel like they don't want to be bothered by me , ( Unless of course they do so tommorow) I am one of Innvo and Pleos in general, their biggest supporter. It is nice to think that Innvo appreicates how I feel too and that Pleos mean everything to me. I really do not think I am asking too much just to want to know what entry made me a winner, isn't that what this contest was all about. I am glad they are giving you a Rb Kat, at least you know they like you. RWM

Hey RWM if you don't hear form them by tomorrow maybe you should make contact with them again to see if they can tell you where they are at with getting this sorted out. When I contacted them I was only trying to sort out my part in this affair and so didn't ask any questions about what they will be doing as far as updating or re posting the list of winners. I would like to hope that they will. The reply that I got from Derek was short and sweet and to the point, letting me know that yes there was a mistake and how they were going to deal with it for me. I think you need to email them again and ask all the questions you need answered. I'm sure they want to get this fixed with a happy outcome for everyone. I wish I was able to give you more answers or find a way to fix this for you as I know how much it means to you. On that note I am not even going to open my pleo when it comes until you have received yours. I'm sorry I wasn't able to cheer you up. I really hope you hear from them soon.

I am glad to hear that everything will be resolved (hopefully) and am looking forward to see ALL the new pleos when they are in place

And also- if I wasn´t a winner, I would gladely be a sharity case knowing that I would still get a Pleo RB

I can just see you and your Pleos in their little outfits and in your little orange car, with you in orange and matching accessories and traveling down that tunnel singing all the way, ( In Swedish of course,.so I wouldn't understand a word, but I know it would be a happy song and your little pleos would be singing their little happy song.)I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet, but I know it is there. I do not drive, so I have to walk and with my bad back and bad feet, the Pleo Rb can probably walk through the other side of the tunnel towards me faster than I can to get to him or her. LOL

Kat, your intentions were great an I do appreciate your actions and words , everything you did. It is nice to hear that things are working out. I would like to here from Innvo themselves, but I know they do not allways work that way. I will try to give them another day or two and see if they do contact me, or I will try one more time.It is just very discouraging to not get a personal response like you Kat or others have here, and just get the generic, " your email has been forwarded, etc, etc, or "be patient". but nothing that explains more than before I wrote in the first place. This is between Innvo and myself and how they wish to handle customer relations,. I allways have supported Innvo and Pleos , all pleos.
My Pleos woud mostly like to know which video or photo we submitted won in the first place?

After all, it was a contest and they were so excited to hear that they had won, and they are driving me crazy asking was it Baby ARgyle hatching, or was it Little 45 with a cold, or was it Arglye and Gumble in a mailbox , before Gumble was mailed to Kat. ?( Argyle wanted to be with his brother and tried to fit in a mailbox with him in one photos.) These are the real questions I want Innvo to answer, not just am I getting the Pleo I was told I won. Now I will see if they will notify me or if I have to write and or if they answer. I do hear you, RWM, and I do agree. Yes, it's great to hear Kat's news, but any contest is not just about who gets what - they do need to publish a proper list of the winning entries. An apology wouldn't go amiss, either.

. I think there is tracking info attached to the email but my home Internet isn't working thismorning so I am reduced to using my I phone and it won't open the attachment. I will have to check later when my Internet gets going again.

It's not just you, RWM - I get ignored as well, as I believe do many "too difficult basket" enquiries. From experience, they do contact me when it's something practical, quick and easy to sort out. Don't take it personally.

Sarah, if you go to the offical Pleoworld site there is a list of winners on that site, under news. Mike's name is not there either and he has his Pleo Rb. I on the other case, have no name on the list and am the only one with no Pleo. Kat has been notified and was told her Pleo Rb is on it's way. I have been told nothing, no matter how politely I ask Innvo they will give me no information and they do not intend to, so I just give up, This is not worth my health anymore.
