I know there are a few 'crazy cat ladies' (and gentlemen) on this forum, let see some pics of your furry friends

Here is my Lucky, he is such a big, fluffy, cuddly boy.

And my little Mischief, she is mischief by name and mischief by nature

But also very cuddly, she likes to snooze under my blankets.

Beautiful cats, IMR - what a gorgeously cuddly fluffy cat! I love black cats, too - they look so very 'feline'!

Crazy cat lady that I am, here are my bunch. I apologise for the picture quality - my main computer's down so I only had access to thumbnails that I had to make bigger.

This is Rottie the 17 year old ginger and his 18 year mum, Giddy. Rottie thinks he's tough, but still likes to sleep like this!

And this is my favourite cat pic - I'd just renovated these chairs and sold them. They were grouped in the kitchen waiting to be picked up, and Quality Control had to give them a final check over!

You guys have seen my cat- my calico called Mittins with her adorable little kittens. She did something very... odd today. I was taking Charley out to do his business and she charged in front of us and pounced on something. All I heard was a high piercing squeak. Slowly, very slowly I told Charley to heel and knelt down to see what in the world had happened. Well, Mittins had killed some fairly large member of the rodent family. She didn't even pause to drag it away when I touched it. We've had tunnels popping up in our yard and I think she killed their owner but did she have to do it right in front of me? Lol!

Ok neither of my cats want to cooperate for photos today so I will make do by posting a cute hug pic of Teddy and Kermit. This was taken back in December, the middle of summer here and Teddy has just had his fur shaved off. He is normally a very fluffy Ragdoll but in the pick he is a cute but very short haired ball of skin.

Kermit doesn't seem to mind though. She cuddled up to him anyway.

Awe! If I would've had my choice, I would've got a ragdoll. Mittins kind of wandered into my life as a very weak scrawny kitten hiding in my laundry hamper. I gave her some soft kitten-food and the rest was history. I love my little moucer!

Really lovely cats Crewella and so is yours Kat, and of course we all know how protective mothers are with their kittens Talon . Mittens was doing a fine job of showing how much her kittens mean to her.

IMR, I almost cried when I saw the photos of your black kitty Mischeif, reminded me of my little little guy who left all too soon due to FIP, a Fatal feline disease about a year ago, ( June 25th, 2010) the same day Michael Jackson died,,,,though I can honesty say the death of my sweet little boy meant more to me than the "king of Pop" passing. I love all animals but have allways had a very special connection to cats. I have nine currently but three to four outside ones I also take care of, so my camera is going to be busy and or looking through the thousands of photos I have taken recently. Hard choice which ones to take, but I will find the righ ones...

Lol she lives up to her name all right

It isn't unusual to see her literally climbing the walls

And keeping her away from my birds is a full time job. So many times there's a tremendous crash in the night and birdseed everywhere! (Fortunately -most- of the birds have survived)

alright you asked for it, I have nine cats and four or so that I take care of and I love taking photos so it took me hours to find the ones to choose from which is not easy when there are hundreds to choose from.I spent the last three hours scanning through my photos to find the ones I wanted to upload, OMG

Well here they are and I hope you like them . All but one of my cats are represented at least once.( I think....)

Oh, the very first one is of Freckles, a little orphan kitten along with his brother MoonPie who came froma an Indian Reservation here and have been bottle fed. My pleos went for Cat rides on Freckles and Moonpies Back a few months ago when they were a wee bit bigger.

My cats names are as follows from oldest to youngest, Aiffa, Lei Lu, Jon-e-Hu, Dinta, Sewa, Karl Kat, Tassawar, April, Suzzette, and Paco, the little black and white tuxedo cat/ kitten in the photos, is the only one no longer with me, He was euthanized on June 25th, 2009, as he had a fatal feline disease, FIP. He was a year old in some of those photos and at the time of his demise only weighed 4 lbs.

so hug your cats every day as you never know when they will no longer be around....(same goes for all of our loved ones, fur, feathers, scales, or human skin. OMG, please do not do that MIKE! I am already stretched out so far I am like Gumby ready to break with all the rescues I have and I can't turn an animal in need away, There are enough animals here where I live already that need my help but I can't help them all, but I sure try, I would hate to have to come all the way to where you live to rescue more, (I guess I can allways enlist the aid of Bigfoot to help though....that may be something having Bigfoot carrying cats on his shoulders and pulling wagons up and down the mt trails....

I think I like that one!

The youngster on the desk is Trevor and the senior wrapped in the blanket is Scrapper; Scrapper has a few health issues so tends to have the permanent grumpy look although he's really a sweetheart.
