I sent Painter in for an RMA over a month ago on March 3rd because he was having electrical problems, and the package was delivered to them on March 9th. I had sent a reply back to them asking for an update on the status of my RMA about a month ago and had received no reply; I tried again 10 days ago and did actually receive a reply stating that they were waiting on inventory and would ship my return as soon as they could. I shortly after that got an additional response from Derek Dotson stating that they had units in stock and would be processing all RMAs by last Wednesday (April 13). I still however have not received a tracking number or heard a word about what's going on with this.

The customer service that I have been receiving has been very bad in general, and at this point I'm not even sure if a Pleo RB is worth 500$ if the customer service is this bad.

All of my customer service reports in the past have also received copy and pasted responses that usually did not even have anything to do with my problem. I know that they were copy and pasted because I had received the exact same response for two completely different problems.

P.S. all of my customer service responses have been from Rafael Suarez, and I'm only stating this for reference, not slander.

It does take time and I had the same problem with my Baby who I sent in in Feb, and they got on FEb. 25th, and I also asked for a tracking number as I do not like the idea of a Pleo just left on my doorstep where some passerby can take it. I was told I would get a tracking number, but it just showed up on my doorstep. I was told once they actually get the RMA, ( in Nevada) it would take 7-10 business days, so it yourse was on the 13th, or that is when your got the last message, then I am sure yours will show up the next four to five days. Raphael is the only person having to deal with all these take backs as far as I know, as well as handling other questions, It took about 4 weeks from the time they actually got my Baby Pleo Rb to the time one just suprised me by showing up on my doorstep .
               All I can say is that I do know it is hard to wait and seems longer than it is , but one will show up, I do have confidence in Innvo and am happy to have my baby Pleo Rb again, I know it seems like it is forever though..Good luck and hopefully your RMA will be there soon.

Still no package or tracking number for my RMA, and it has been nearly two months now... If this takes much longer I'm going to have to contact them to change the shipping address because I'm going to be done with this college year soon...

Edit: I just got a call from home saying that a Pleo just arrived! What timing! Although I would have preferred for it to be delivered directly to me, me being off at college that is.

No, I like the name Painter, but that was a different Pleo. I'm still not sure what I'll name this one; I'm going to hold out on picking a name until I see what he's like.
