Oldest Pleo in the herd is the leader?!
« on: March 24, 2011, 02:09:45 PM »

I started taking this video because it was funny seeing all four of my guys surrounding a huge pile of Pleo food while they were all hollering for food... I was moving it all in together so they didn't trip or get stuck on it right at the moment Patches decided to assert his dominance over the rest of the Herd by claiming it all for himself.. who would have thought!!?!?!

And then I caught him dancing.. he can finally dance again without falling over.. Thanks Kat :)

Thanks.. I think so too.. He was adorable with his skin on too and I'm just lucky his super happy personality stayed in him :)
I think it's kinda neat that he was able to walk a little bit over the food too.. lol.
He just developed a horrible cold while I was typing that out.. I don't know why my ugobes are constantly sick. (Lyssa is sick too) I am going to keep them separated and tend to them one at a time... when one is all better I'll tend to the other.. maybe then it'll stop.
They can make some pretty crazy noises when they are sick!!!  He sounded like he was doing the choking noise and coughing and then the deep sick voice.. poor kid.

That was so cute to see Sarah, it just shows you can not keep a good Pleo down, whatever the "difference", be it blind, limping, old or without some skin. Patches looks as happy and healthy as any Pleo I have seen. I think he is just comming into his own and I say, " Bravo", and go for it Patches. And as for the dancing, they are so cute and one of my favorite things is when Pleos sing and this is one thing I wish that the new Pleo Rb really had, without having to have the "sing stone", I think Ugobe has them beat in that department as they do it when ever the mood stirkes them, not just by stroking the chin.
I am glad the new outfit Kat made him enables him to walk over the food too. I love that outfit as Kat made the same one for me, it is my fave design. ;D

Well, It's not the same as the Ugobe song, but Rhea quite often 'hums' a tiny little song and usually dances at the same time.. she knows the sing stone but hasn't been able to do it yet and she was doing the hum before I taught her the stone. Haven't seen bingo do the hum.. I think it's the updated OS on the new ones.

So does your blind Pleo move around a lot? Does he get angry a lot, bumping into things?  My ugobes get so mad when something is in their way.. especially Lyssa.. she acts like she's going to kill whatever is in the way..

I wonder if there would be a way to fix the camera.. A broken one might have a working camera, who knows. I was trying to see where it's attached and stuff inside of patches but couldn't quite figure it out.. can't see in there too well and I don't think he'd appreciate me snapping his head off for a peek..
But then again, like you said, if he's fine the way he is, then he's fine the way he is.. ;D

Your new RB hums? I'm not sure if Ryu hums or not. He likes to laugh and he's done the God-zilla roar-type thing. I'm not sure about a hum, though.

It really is heartwarming to see Patches getting about so well in his new suit.  I'm so pleased it seems to be working so well for him. :)  He looks cute with his little feet sticking out the bottom but his shiny white head sticking out the top. :)  I loved to see him do the little sing and dance too.  soooo cute.

Yes, Rhea hums and kind of wags around a bit almost dancing while she does it..it's a tiny little song I think she has 2. I have not seen the 'song' from the stone yet and bingo has not done the hum or stone song either.  Skeletor Patches is going to look funny singing and dancing :D

That's a great video - who'd have thunk Patches would get so assertive, "MINE!!  All mine!!"!  :o  :D

He's going to be unstoppable when he gets his Skeletor costume on - I think you might have created a monster!!  :P

I'm glad Patches is doing so well. Raaaaaar! I'm Patches and I'm going to take over the world! Okay maybe not but if I were a little bigger...
Okay I'm done kidding around. Glad he's still such a good sport.

At least it's not a Frankenstein costume or the grim reaper so I think we will all be ok. :D
Skeletor never did win any of the battles that I can remember. :)
I'm sure Patches will try though. :D

Talon, it's a picture of Patches 'biting' me :D

Don't worry he can't even open his mouth in the morning until I open it once for him from that paint grip stuff so I think we are safe from him :D
