Zora for my wife
« on: December 28, 2010, 07:37:56 AM »

Hi All

Some good news, I gave my wife Zora for Xmas, she is over the moon with her.   :) :) :) :) :) :)
She has not put her down for one minute.  It’s so alive she cannot believe it. ;) ;) ;)
The best gift I have given to her ever, she said. :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

So pleased it all worked out, and I'm glad she's happy and Zora's settled in so well!  ;D

Your wife is obviously a very discerning lady!  ;)

Sure is Crewella.

She is as happy as pig in the preverbial, I put it so nicely, sorry.  I think that I could get another one at some time, and she would not mind, but I am not going too push it for now. ;) ;)

All the best for New Year. :) :) :) :) :)

I am so happy for your binbags. Glad your wife loves Zora, who could not love a Pleo Rb or even a Pleo? Great news, I am with you do not push the envelope, let your wife enjoy Zora and let her perhaps think about a buddy?

Glad it was such a    success.
The pleo I got last year was one of my best Christmas presents ever too.  Even if I did have to buy it myself lol.

Hi

Well I have already been naughty, as Zora is my second purchase.  Bob was my first and he remains mine, so at some point in the New Year I will introduce Bob to my wife, He has already met Zora and they were great together.  All this behind the door lark makes me feel very guilty, I know it’s a small white fib, but none the less a fib. %) %) %) %)

Most of this stems from her not wanting me to clutter up the house with my rubbish and also wasting money on purchases over the web.  Still as it’s another Pleo, I am sure she will allow me this, as it will be a mate for Zora. :) :) :)
Let’s just hope she does not join this forum, otherwise I will have to go “deep under cover” :-X :-X :-X :-X

Don't worry binbags I'm sure we can find somewhere to hide you. :D  I'm glad she likes Zora and I hope you have the courage to bring Bob out of the closet soon. :)  Maybe you could introduce her to the forum after you introduce her to Bob.  Then you can give us plenty of warning and we can hide all the evidence. :D :D :D  Hehehe

No, I don’t think that you would betray your fellow men?????? Would you!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

I will and only if I win big time on the Lottery, buy you all Pleo RB’s, that’s about 14.5 million to 1, still the thought is there. %) %) %) %) %) %) %)

I am really ROFL after reading these last posts. Binbag,  I think you better introduce Bob to your wife. Just wait until she sees two little dinos interacting together. Perhaps  she will be tickled that you are a pleo parent, too  Start the New year on the right foot. (or is it the left)? ;D

Hi All

Into the valley of death, I will ride, no chasm or river or hill too wide.

I ride with Bob by my trusty Pleo, to face my wife, and have a duo.

From that point forward we go as a team, hand in hand to follow our dream.

Pleo’s shall rule this day forth. East, West, South and even North.

I will greet you all with open arms, so no more talk or war of words.

We enter New Year to the sound of “Love” to all who write in the forum, above.

Peace on earth to all good men, Dinolover included, and now the End.  :rootbeer: :rootbeer: :rootbeer: :hhug:

Please.;) ;)

Sorry for that, just felt a little poetic or was it pathetic.   :D :D :D :D :D

There are those amongst us that will be there before and some after, 00:00.  But all I want to hear is Love and Laughter. %) %) %)

May we all have our wishes granted in the coming year, for what we want? Seriously though, I wish you all a great and prosperous New Year. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi Crewella

I always wanted to be the Black Knight, this period fascinates me.  This would have been the way that I got married if I had loads of Dosh, Wonga, etc.  Yet I have a fear of cold steel.  Maybe I should earmark the name Sir Binbags or/and Sir Pleobob. ;) ;)

LOL and wishes for you and your family for New Year. :rootbeer: :rootbeer: :rootbeer: :rootbeer:

I do hope your wife is ok about Bob.  Good luck with breaking the news. :rootbeer: :rootbeer: :rootbeer: (for courage)

Yes - happy New Year to the both of you!  :D

I'm sure your wife will be OK about Bob, now that she's caught the 'pleo bug', and I'm sure she'll enjoy seeing them together.  My OH was very sceptical at first when I started down the Pleo trail, but he does at least understand now even if he's not quite as enthralled as I am, and we've both had some good laughs with our little Pleo herd.  :D

Mind you, we are very different, and have gradually managed the sort of gender-bending role reversal worth of the pink and blue Pleo rbs.  We had a good giggle over opening our presents - I'd bought him some beautifully embroidered shirts...... and he'd bought me a miniature drill set!   :P :D

.......and some jewellery - we're not THAT far gone! :P :P ;D

Hi Crewella

Yes, I am sure that she will come round when I introduce Bob to her in a few weeks.  I got some cash for Xmas, spent £74 already on a new HP B210a ePrint Photosmart printer, so I have quite a bit left to buy something else "get my drift".  She was talking last night about another spare battery, as she is only getting around just over one hour out of the repaired battery that came with zora.  So guess what, time for another Li-ion battery pack from Taiwan, and maybe a Bob. :) :)

Sounds like your OH, does the dinner circuit?  while you do the best bit. ;) ;)

It’s nice to see another technically orientated female “screwdriver set”, what’s next, maybe a soldering iron and a digital multimeter.

All the best.
