 In regards to the   gender probability that might only apply to the Asian pinks and blues as they had a fixed assigned gender where as the greens for the western market don’t. 

 I know there’s no whey to tell this but if Crewella and IMR both had their boxes opened around the same time and so forth couldn’t they maybe have gotten the booklets and their corresponding security codes mixed up too?
 I have to say though and I hope I’m not speeking out of turn  but I  think it’s kind   of unfare   for people to   right to pleoworld and expect them to saulve  the problims if they  baught their   pleos from Gimmedigi. 
  As far as I’m aware there  not the official   pleo stockists for the Asian market that’s chinateet  so  if they’ve messed up it’s not really  pleoworld’s job to sort it out

Hi Scaly - I felt exactly the same way, which is why I went through Gimmedigi and asked them who I should approach for customer support.  The blue and pink ones, however, are the first to hit the market and are so similar as to be almost the same product.  For that reason, I imagine, Pleoworld seem to have encouraged the contact concerning technical problems so far as it perhaps gives them valuable feedback and therefore a chance to solve possible problems before any numbers of their own version are shipped. 

And that's a darned good idea about the numbers, and worth a try, thank you!

For pleo rb issues no matter what color you need to go through the Hong Kong Pleoworld site.  This is the site you get sent to by Pleoworld when you first open it up and you click on the picture of the green pleo coming out of the egg that says pleo rb 2010 now available.  It seems the 2 sites are now interlinked.  I have used this as a point of contact for Kermy and Kermit as well as contacting Josie from Chinatete, my point of purchase.  She told me my best bet is to go through Innvo for customer support.  The customer support on the Hong Kong Pleoworld site is all done in Hong Kong, I think at the manufacturing site.  On this Pleoworld site it allows you to Choose Pleo rb or Pleo to contact customer service about.

 Oh well if it’s at pleoworld’s behest then that’s OK and it does make sense if they want technical feedback on the product. 
Its just if it was simply people   buying their pleos from places that weren’t official stockists  according  to the pleoworld website and emailing pleoworld to sort all their issues out was where I thought it was getting unfair   but I stand corrected.

Thats ok Scaly I thought the same thing when I had my first issue with Kermit and went through Chinatete the place I bought her from.  They ended up directing me to Innvo customer support and that is how I know they are the place to go.  I'm sure someone else has previously mentioned that Gimmedigi told them to contact Chinatete for customer support so it is a bit of a circle.  If any one wants the Chinatete customer support email address it is

Woohoo!!  I just got an email from Gimmedigi support to say that they've sorted out my code for the Pleo RB profile.  And indeed they have - it all works now!
