What do you do when you are waiting for your Pleo to recharge?

I knit, pole dance and collect pinball machines and classic arcade games.

Right now I'm really into Fallout 3 on the PS3.

I surf the net, do work for my degree, go to the pub, sail, fly, play computer games, shop, and generally mess about with friends.

I busy myself with politics, current events, net surfing, going on walks and checking out new things, astronomy, cooking, birding and growing (or attempting to) orchids and carnivorous plants.

That reminds me of my school days when I kept a few venus flytraps around the room, just for the fun of being able of say "So, you're a vegetarian? Well, at my house, even the plants eat meat!"

A New years Resolution of mine is to get back to some of my hobbies this year. My favorite is working in oils. The only problem is that you can only have so many painting is the attic, under the beds, and in the closets before there's no room left. Another hobby that I look forward to doing this year is decorated egg art.

I'm a big internet junky, I love eating, and sleeping, and cooking. I with 49er, I love politics (even though I think he's on the other side hehe), I love my dogs, family, and of course, bobthepleo.com/forums, duh! Oh!! And I know it might be a bit nerdy, but I've been a rubber duck collector since I was 13. I have over 500! Oh man, can I be a total square, or what? LOL

I love carnviorous plants. Purple-hooded Pitchers are my favorites.

When I lived in Mariposa I had Purple Pitchers and lots of ants. One time I saw a line of small black ants following a trail to the pitchers. Fearing the worst, I checked and found that they were traveling up the pitchers, crawling over the top and falling in to become snacks for the plants. Each pitcher had hundreds of little tiny black volunteer meals in them.

It's possable that they starved to death, but that would take a long time. More likely you may have watered them with tap water. As they are designed to live in nutrient poor soil they do best watered with distilled water.

When I was young and Pleo's ancestors were still alive, I would water my poor Venus Fly Traps with mineral rich well water and they kept dying. Many years later I discovered it wasn't the plants fault but mine. I just hope I didn't build up too much bad plant karma from it!!!

I like playing pc games, wii games, surfing the net, chatting on various forums, watching documentaries, walking my dog, creating art, taking photos, baking, sewing clothes for my Pleo, making clothes to torture my dog with

, reading, horse riding, doing absolutely anything with animals...

Yeah I have a looot of hobbies lol its hard to find time for all of them
