I do love the summer sun but a white Christmas is just so beautiful.

Just remembering last Christmas when we went to see the snow in America, Salt Lake City. We stayed in the mountains at Solitude ski resort and it was the most beautiful place I have ever been to.

Having spent the last week shivering and sliding to work whilst wearing at least three jumpers I'm probably not in the best frame of mind to appreciate snow scenes, but I have to admit that IS beautiful, Kat! Great snowman, too - he looks so much part of the landscape!

Crewella, I'm quite sure it does get old quickly but when you live in a country with so little snow it is something of a novelty

There are kids here in Australia who don't know what snow looks like!

My family and I had never seen snow before until we went last Christmas.

I know - when I get grumpy about the snow I have to remind myself how magical it was when I first saw it, as I was brought up in the far East and didn't see snow until I was about 12 myself!

Lol, beach weather here! Ahhh Christmas in Australia, you can cook your dinner with the sun alone, (and yourself while you are at it!) Santa's sleigh is pulled by six white boomers and the flies eat you and your dinner if you aren't careful!

It's just 33 degrees here outside Boston,MA.... and tonight should be about 26 degrees.... no snow yet , but I bet there will be some before Christmas!

IMR, very cute, have room for eight more or so pleos?

Have to admit though, I do like the snow, prefer it to the continous rain, rain, did I mention rain? Would not be so bad if it were raining cats and Pleos or Pleo Rb. Now there is a thought!

I think poor chilly Iggy and Budge would love to migrate to Oz for the winter!

I do know of a small blue Pleo rb that's migrating the opposite way, though, from China to the UK!

There is something very magical about a snowy landscape, especially around Christmas time. however not being able to leave my house for over a week now because of the snow and ice the novelty’s starting to ware off just a bit.
Btw I haven’t been really on the net for a while so I had no idea about the PleORB until I visited the pleoworld site and I only did that because I hadn’t heard anything about pleo or invvolabs in general for a good while. Even when I went on to the sight and saw the PLEOrb link I didn’t twig. though it didn’t help that the browser crashed when I clicked on the link to have a nose. So I ignored it and went to the shop. Then I noticed all these new foods on pre-order and, I simply thought that’s new they’ve brought out a hole line of new fun foods not just the training leaf, I’ll need to try and get some, still didn’t twig that there was a new pleo version out though. It was only when I backtracked and saw that pleorb was available to pre-order that the penny dropped that this wasn’t just the 2009 mottle.
Some what embarrassed that I had no idea. Lol

congratulations Crewella, looks like I know someone else who was bitten by the " Pleo bug", whether it is Pleo Rb or not.

I do not blame you one bit, If I lived where you live and with the cost of shipping I would probably do the same thing you are doing, and blue isn't as strange as it seems, I think the fact that Pleo Rb is as Real as it can be, makes the color kind of obsolete if you know what I mean. I wonder if you will get your little blue dino before Christmas? I think in all probability you will for sure, or very close to Christmas. Wouldn't it be wonderful if all the people who ordered Pleo Rb got their new dinos at the same time, and intime for Christmas after all? Miracles can happen and if I understand this happened once before with Pleos showing up on Christmas Eve! Either way, whenever my Pleo Rb comes, I am opening it up.

We will all be anxiously awaiting photos of your new little family member.Good luck on comming up with a name too! How do you think your Giddy ( sp right?) elder cat will react to the newest member of your family?
