In writing camp, my class and I (and the teachers too) all had to write as much as we could in a given amount of time about what ice cream flavor best represents us.
My teacher chose "midnight mud" because people often called her "muddy-brain"

Personally, here is what I wrote:
The first flavor that comes to mind must be mint… I’m not entirely sure why at the moment, but as I write I will likely think of something. I think I am writing this because it is my ultimate favorite flavor, and after all; you are what you eat!
Now that I think about it, the way one scoop of mint icecream tastes different than another leads somewhat towards my unpredictability and strange mood changes; also the way some nice flavors (equivalent to my friends) can be mixed well with mint, some other flavors (equivalent to some of the people I dislike) taste absolutely disgusting with mint. Mint conveys a slightly mysterious emotion on first bite, but after you get a little more into it, it tastes excellent (though it can be particularly sticky).
I personally enjoy assigning flavors and colors to different people, but whenever it comes to thinking of one for myself I generally become baffled; right now is no exception! For example, I will think of different pastries that describe my family, friends, and enemies; even though I can normally keep my thought processes going at that point, everything just stops (or occasionally speeds up) when I try to describe myself.
My friends have sometimes described me as unpredictable, clever, a bit of a peacemaker, difficult to understand, a grudge-holder, and yet at the same time relatively pleasant to be around. Overall, I think this says mint.
