Technical support is back up, reincarnation looks like it has been given the go ahead, the PDK is up for downloading...

we are rolling out a new Pleo "Reincarnation" program, which allows owners to exchange their Pleo with a new one at a significantly reduced price of $245.

Technical support is now available. You can call Monday – Friday 9:00 am -12:00, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Just navigate to Customer Support for additional information.

The first version of the PDK (Pleo Development Kit) is now available for download without registration. This version will only be available for a short time. The Innvo Labs upgraded version will replace it after a little more testing.

Please explore our new site and test the navigation features, you will like what you see.

Come visit us again, as new features like the Pleo Store are in final testing.

Not on my computer Are you looking in the right place? There is a news update down the bottom of the home screen. Under customer support is the reincarnation program information, there is mention of the shop being online soon and the PDK is in the downloads area.

That's good news about the Reincarnation coming back. From their Reincarnation page:

if a Pleo is within the 90-day warranty we are happy to replace it with no questions asked

It then goes on to say if it's after the 90 day period about the fee Romeo mentioned.
