Re touching Pleo paint
« on: May 02, 2024, 01:37:15 AM »

Hi everyone, any tips on how to touch up Pleo green paint? I read forum post on here about it but got to confused about the paints used- in the end it turned into a custom painting thread- I don’t want to do that though- just the odd touch up here and there.
Any tips or advice would be welcome! Thank you! Claire x

I have used high quality acrylic paints to touch up a couple of pleos, and as long as it's not on a part that needs to be stretched like the back or on the head, it should work just fine. If you do need to touch up parts that stretch, i say use silicone paint. It's possible to buy it either as translucent silicone which you'll need to buy pigments for seperately or buy it pre colored.

Silicone paints can also work for repairing small pin holes in the skin.
