Can I leave pleo rb alone?

What happens if I don't turn pleo rb on everyday? will he get sick if i only turn him on once a week or every couple of days? i am going on vacation and am worried about my pleo becoming depressed/sick

No his stats can only drop to a certain level before they just stay there. Once you turn him on again just feed him straight away, and no sugar cane for a day and he'll be fine. (Sugar cane may potentially lower the health level to 'sickness' point.) If you have the mushroom a good feed of that will fix him right up as it increases health levels along with hunger levels.

Thank you!  I was worried not playing with him everyday would make him sad and sick  I am so happy to be wrong! 
Can pleorb's die if they don't get enough attention over a long period of time? or possibly from old age? I don't want my pleo to act like an old man before he dies...actually i don't want him to ever die i love him like a little brother

Your Pleo RB will slow down slightly after a couple of years, but that's the worst of it (as long as he is working OK).  Don't worry - as long as you feed them when you switch on as IMR says, they can be left for quite a while.
