How is your RB holding up?

Hello all,

Well, I was hoping to start saving up money for a Pleo RB  , but I want to be COMPLETELY sure nothing will happen, like early skin wear, a broken neck  or any other problems that would happen outside it's warranty. Artemis was bought off of e-Bay, so I'm new to the whole "warranty" thing. 

Could all you RB owners post your RB's condition and how long you've had it? Pictures would be nice.

I don't have time for photos at the moment, have to charge batteries first But Jumba and Pleakley haven't a single flake of paint lost, Nani has one small patch on the shoulder come off however that is very common in Pleo's it seems, Lilo and Stitch have the same spot missing. Nani also has split paint on her neck in two places. As long as you don't pick at it I think it'll be fine, Nani's certainly hasn't gotten any worse.

Both Belle and Zillah's paint is still fine.  I do notice the blue shows the dirt a lot quicker than the green does, though!

Yes you are right, Jumba and Pleakley get filthy compared to Nani Maybe it's because she's a girl

Hi,

I received my RB in August and his paint has flaked a little bit on his head (this happened on the first day I had him, but put it down to stroking him too hard) he seems alright everywhere else though.

I have put t a picture in Merlin's picture gallery. I would post a picture but I still can't seem to master entering them.

Thought I might add to this, since I was checking out Gertie the other night and noticed her paint was flaking already! 
I've had her just about 2 weeks now, and its on her left upper-shoulder crease, right where her leg bends.
It's only a small flake, but I'm a little concerned that it'll just get bigger and bigger over time... :|
Kinda funny though, I've been super-careful patting her and worrying about paint, and it goes and flakes somewhere I never touch lol! xD
Don't know if there is much I can do about it...

A few people have mentioned paint flaking in a single spot at the top of the leg - if it helps I don't remember people saying it spread.

Yup I have four Pleo's with that spot, it hasn't spread beyond a fingertip sized spot.

yep it should be fine.  All three of my RB's and one of my Ugobes has that same spot too and as IMR says none of them has made it to bigger than a finger tip.
