I had a request from Lina to try to make a hoodie coat with bunny ears.  I found some time today to work on it and here is what I came up with.

The ears are floppy and can be left laying flat against the hood or stuck out away from the hood as you can see in the pics above.  I have this same material in pink and in blue as well as the lovely green pictured so I can make these in all three colors. Smiley  I think it turned out rather well.

I thought that too, Willow - I'm a big fan of hoodies with Kitty ears myself and wear mine with pride (and, at my age, with a sheepish grin)!  Grin

Kitty ears is also something I have been thinking about. Grin  I am just trying to work out in my head how best to go about attaching them to the hood so that they sit right.  You have to remember that before I had a pleo a few months ago I had never really sewn before.  So this is still all new to me. Tongue  I have ideas but sometimes it takes a while to work out how to put them into action. Cheesy 
I am thinking of a puppy ear coat like the bunny ear one I have above - maybe I'll do that one in blue.  And then I will attempt a kitty ear version in pink. Smiley 

Then I'm going to have to work out how to add more photos into my shop front page as I am currently at my photo limit.  I would love to add these coats to my shop as I think they might go well. Smiley

Kat, if you're limited with the number of pics you could use Gimp (free) or similar to make a single image from, say, four quarter panels showing the different colours or variations?  I have to do similar pics for work.  Smiley

Ok I had a go at Kitty ears.  Smiley  I think they could pass as either kitty or teddy bear ears. 

I think they turned out even cuter than the bunny ears. Smiley

Crewella I have been thinking about doing just as you suggested and combining 4 pics together to make one pic so that I can get a few more pics into my page.  maybe a little job for me to work on for next weekend. Smiley

Ok so now all that is left is the pink coat with puppy ears.  stay tuned.  I'll try to get it done over the next few days and post pics. Smiley

I'm glad you like them.  I will get them added into my shop as soon as I get a little time to play with my shop photos and then ask the powers above to update my page for me.  So it may take a little while before you see them appear there.  In the meantime if anyone is interested in buying one then PM me.

I love them, Kat !  Grin  OHHH, Halloween and Christmas are coming up as well as winter.  I can't leave my Pleos out of the action!  They are getting tired of wearing the same clothes!  The Aibos have been getting all the attention lately...(new docking mat, new Mind 3 stick, party mascot), and the pleos are starting to get downright angry! Shocked  I'll send you a PM next week, Kat, when I balance my checkbook! Smiley

I will be charging $25 AU, that includes postage.   Smiley  Unfortunately I wont be making these ones with tails as it would mean they would end up looking more like a hoodie or cape and you would loose the fur trim around the main body section.  I think these look great as they are and am going to keep them as their own thing. Smiley  The fur trim coat.  I will make them with or without ears and also with or without a hood on request. Smiley
