Title: Pleo neck repair

Hi guys;

Seems my Ugobe Pleo has the neck damaged. Sadly right now he can't point the head towards floor and I can feel something "moving" below the neck skin.

I found all the info for repairing the neck in this forum, but it seems very difficult.

Maybe there's someone skilled that can repair it? A Pleo hospital? I live in Barcelona, Spain.
