Hi Members,
Does anyone know where I can get replacement batteries for my Pleo Robotic Dinosaurs. I see some people making them with regular batteries but I do not have that skill. However if someone has that ability I would be interested in seeing if they can make some for me.

Okay here's an answer:
Contact by email forum member Penny's mum on ebay.co.uk under her ebay user pleotastic
She's not checking in here as things have been so quite, but she still has things for sale on ebay. , just not the batteries.
Her husband making them only by request so get enough quantity to make it worth his while to get spun up for production.
I would start a topic a get a list of members who NEED a battery and are willing to pay 80 to 100 euros for one.

I think Penny's Mum tried really hard and spent and lot of time and effort, and then didn't get the sales from the forum she was expecting! :o ???

Too expensive for me (i dont own a Pleo and probably wont get one because if the lack of after sales support (esp replacement batteries) even RB batteries from Pleoworld :(

The batteries linked above are aftermarket ones made to run in both models that are different from the original Ugobe and original RB batteries. Some people have had good experiences with similar batteries, though I know there have also been reports of batteries like this failing all of a sudden without warning, so I would be a bit hesitant to recommend them.
