I went to a computer conference this week (last week of September 2019). The keynote speaker was Dr, Kate Darling, a leading expert in robot ethics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and she was discussing the future of human-robot interaction. It was a huge auditorium with about 1,500 people in attendance, but I could see from a distance that right next to her on a small table was a pleo! About 20 minutes into her lecture, she turned it on and started talking about it. She apparently is the parent to five pleos. Mr. Spaghetti, the pleo she brought. I'm hoping there will be a link I can post to the whole presentation, but it was nice to still hear people talking about pleos after 12 years! :)

It looks like on YouTube there are a few videos by Kate referring to our Pleo!

Here's the actual conference video for the one I attended:

How cool!
I don't think I've ever gotten to see a Pleo that wasn't one of my own in the wild, let alone at an event like that. Especially nowadays that the hype around Pleo has died down considerably.
Thanks for sharing the video too!
