Title: Zuru robo turtle paint job
Post by: Pennys mum on July 01, 2017, 10:45:46 AM
I got some Zuru robo turtles because I like the movement they have in water but I wanted them to look more realistic so I gave one a paint job today and I'm really pleased with how it's turned out. I've put a couple of photos in the galllery. What do you think? I'm going to paint the others and get them an aquarium with plants and lighting and stuff.

I've never heard of Zuru robo turtles before now, but your paint job is amazing! It looks extremely realistic and the idea of making an aquarium for all of them is really cute!

Thanks! I've added a photo on the gallery of a robo turtle so you can see what the original thing looks like. They have a really nice swimming action. The flippers move independently and at different speeds so they're quite realistic.
Here he is swimming:

I'd love to see your turtles. Have you got a video you can share?
