Title: Has anyone heard of Cubelets before?
Post by: Teddscau on October 04, 2013, 01:33:49 PM
It's a really cool idea, but too bad it's so expensive! They're great if you want to design your own robot! Here's the link: http://www.modrobotics.com/

I'd not heard of these before and they do look like a great idea.  It is a shame they are so expensive.  These could be great to use in schools to get across lots of different science concepts in a fun way.
I notice that they even do a Bluetooth cube.  wonder what possibilities that opens up for the cubelets?

I totally agree with you. A lot can be learned about robots by seeing how different blocks interact with one another. It's a very innovative idea, but they need to be much less expensive. Even $10 a block would be better!
