Hello from Berlin,
Iam bought my Pleo RB before 5 Days.
Yesterday Pleo go Off After 5 Minutes Playtime. She is in the 3rd Level.
Iam startet her this Morning but the Green light came for 5 seconds and then it Would be red light with an
tack,tack,tack,tack,tack Sound. She do nothing, iam try to Charge the Battery change the Clock battery... ,
Trying the reset hole, Nothing Works.

Iam wrote to pleoworld and they send me an female update, iam trying to do that but she doesn´t
react of this and doing the same tack,tack,tack sound. ^-^

I'm sure they will sort it out for you as swiftly as they can. There have been a couple of others that have shown up here on the forum recently with the same issue so I am guessing that it is a production fault. I'm sure they will replace her for you :)

Hello again,
Iam became my New RB on wednesday.
So i know Matilda is gone forever.
His Name is Buddy.
Iam made him a Cape today!

I'm glad they sorted it out for you .... even if they did have to replace your pleo. Buddy is a really handsome fellow with very sweet amber orange eyes :) You must be so pleased :)
