Well i fully charged pleo and updated his os and he started his hatching stage and woke up but he keeps freezing and making the sound as when you first turnhim on and he goes again for about 5 mins then just freezes up again and i have to turn him off and on. Any one help !!!!!!!

Welcome Payas and Dino! Aww sorry to hear you are having trouble already it does sound like a battery problem though. Make sure the battery is fully charged, when you seat it in the charger cradle you should hear two distinct clicks. Also be sure that it is charging for at least 3 and a half hours. Try recharging and see what happens :) Good luck!

The battery was fully charged. If you put a sd card in with the firmware on it will run normal, had him going for 20 mins but if you remove the sd card he comes on but slugish and slow and make some very odd noised and clicks from the speaker and freezes. He does this a couple of times then just refuses to come on at all. To get him moving again i have to insert the sd card and turn him on. you get a jingle play the he bursts into life again. Strange

Ah ok, thank you for that extra information and sorry I didn't reply sooner. Sounds like you have a software problem. First of all you are going to have to downgrade your Pleo, the download can be found here: http://bobthepleo.com/forums/index.php?topic=384.0 after the downgrade hatch your Pleo (hopefully) and don't try upgrading again until after at least one charge. It isn't recommended to upgrade before hatching so it may have caused a glitch. I hope this fixes the problem for you, I will be in and out all night if you need more help :)

Hi thanks for the reply. I downgraded him and he rehatched but like before after a few mins the speaker just clikced and he froze. He does not respond to touch or sound and i have to turn him off and the on again to get him going. After a few moments the same again
