Title: pleo not well

After a full charge I put pleo on I get the normal wake up noise then nothing.... pleo is 8 months old.

if I turn him off and back on again he comes to life again maybe for 5 mins. does this sound like battery issue? its happened pretty suddenly, i need to resolve this as my son thinks pleo is dead! and this isnt nice for him.

Sorry to hear your Pleo is having trouble.
  
To fix this, first thing I would do is get a new battery.  Make sure you charger is working correctly taking 3-4 hours to fully charge the battery.
It is often the case that a new battery will fix such a problem. As an alternative, you could try the new Innvo Labs charger which includes a setting to recondition old batteries (for sale at pleoworld.com).

If you try this and the new battery is not the answer, then I would try downgrading your OS and then reinstall 1.1
