Aside from the earlier suggestion I can only suggest doing a reset of your Pleo using the downgrade available here. It should be your absolute last resort though since it will erase your Pleo's personality.

Checking to be sure the battery really is fully charged helps a lot.  Bettery problems seem to be the #1 culprit a lot of times.
