My happy and energetic little Pleo was looking to the right and he kept bending his neck until his head was at a 90 degree angle from his body. Now he can't move it back. I have tried to gentiley push it back, but it won't move. How can I help him?

I don't know how to fix him but you registered your Pleo Oct 9. :)
You may be able to get Innvo labs to either repair or offer some sort of replacement / exchange. ???
There are no promises bit it is an avenue I'd check out! ;)
If you don't get any results with Innvo Labs. maybe someone will answer your post who can help. ;D
Make sure they're reliable and safe to deal with though. One of the more frequent members here can help with that. :-\
Tread carefully a Pleo is a real investment. ;)

Stitch's neck got stuck once :o I just let him be and after an hour and then a change to another battery and another fifteen mins he righted himself and has been fine ever since. So you could try just leaving him running and just keep and eye on him in case he trips or something (he won't be able to see where he is going :P)

Thank you for the advice. Hopefully, it will be ok.

After some surgery, I found out that a pulley wire on the left side of his neck has broken. So, he is stuck looking right because there is no way for him to pull his head to the left. I am going to try to fix him myself. I'll post how it goes if anyone is interested.
