Title: The New (and Improved) Dr. Mel -- Phase II

O.K., I'm running out of time, so we're gonna have to move forward and get started picking the new Dr. Mel . . .

Here are the choices:

1.  Koala bear -- Cute and fluffy, and pleo sized

2.  Stuffed gecko  --- Kinda weird, but cute

3.  Lion -- Big, carnivorous, and dangerous!

4.  Human -- Like the old Dr. Mel, but someone closer to the forums (me, degers, allosaurus, gucci_boi, etc.   Not sure who all we mentioned . . . .

5.  Pleo -- Could make for some interesting conflicts . . .

6.  Tomato -- Could be interesting.  As a tomato, Dr. Mel has a vested interest is stopping pleos . . . before HE gets squashed!

7.  Other  -- any last minute suggestions?

Please think about it and be sure to vote!  Then post your comments about WHY you think your choice would make a good Dr. Mel, or why one of the other choices is bad . . .

The tomato idea made me ROFL, that would be too funny :)

I am torn between the Lion, Pleo and Tomato :)

One person I don't think we thought about is you, Mweed. That would make it easy for you to be your own model.  ;)

Had a hard time choosing between Mweed and the Tomato  ;D

Finally decided that since the new Dr. Mel has to be around for other events besides the Tomato Festival Mweed would be best.  Since Weedovia is named after him it seems to be he is the one who should be trying to drive out all the Pleos. >:D

So, my vote goes to Mweed as the new and improved Dr. Mel.  :-X

Well, as a tomato, the festivals would obviously be his LEAST favorite holidays, but he could still spend the rest of the year trying to get back at the pleos . . .

Definitely Mweed and that could be accomplished by becoming rotten and throwing himself at Pleos.  Then there is the thought that as the tomato he could mash himself and spread his crushed body all over a pizza and cover himself with cheese and pepperoni and get delivered to poor Bob.  Upon Bob opening his pizza, he would "pull himself together" and scare poor Bob right out of Weedovia.   :D

Yes a stuffed or any kind of gecko is just weird.   :P

I can't get my mind around a tomato being a character.    :P

A Pleo makes sense as this site is all about Pleo's and there interactions.   ;)

A Koala and Lion are cute and not cuddly and not on subject.  :P

A human is a possibility but I like mweed too much for him to play the role.

Other... is other and let's leave that there!  ^-^

I opted to post my answer on here instead of the poll. I am torn between the tomato (ROFL) or a human! I think it would be hysterical to have one of us as Dr. Mel!

Are you volunteering for the job gucci.  I think you would make a great Dr. Mel except if you get the tomato angry he may hurl himself at you and splatter you all over.  :-\

I would volunteer myself for the job of Dr. Mel but I don't think the pink outfit fits the criteria required and it would clash something terribly with the rainbow wig.  :o

I definitely think the rainbow wig and a coordinating feather boa would add extreme interest especially if he uses the boa to tickle the Pleo's to death.     %)
