Howdy! I'm new here, Just bought Sydney on Thursday, (Over-nighted) and got him hatched on Friday. It was an interesting experience. Getting ready to update him to 1.1 now so wish me luck! ;D

Hi Jason, welcome and congratulations on your new baby Sydney. I am sure by now you are finding out all the wonderful things he can do and the best is yet to come. Look to hearing all about Sydney.

Hi! Thanks for the Warm welcome. Sydney has been upgraded now and seems to have a better handle on his legs. He also seems a bit grumpy when I try to wake him. However, As of right now he refuses to mute when I mute him. Any Ideas? I doesn't seem to matter how many times I push the button, I no longer get the volume indicator cry.

They are pesky little switches. Try pushing the button toward pleo's rear. I do that with not a lot of issues, I do not push the button straight down. Also, the 'pleo button' mutes in three ways, 'outside voice', 'inside voice', and mute. Try pressing the button until you hear three distinct growls in according noise level.
Hope that made *some* sense!

Hrmm, Tried it a bit with no luck. Will try more when I get home and his noise won't get me fired ;)

ROFL, sorry I couldn't be of more assistance!

Hello Jasn and Sydney (hehe nice name :D)!
My dinos make no sounds when I press their mute buttons, but it does work. Try pressing it twice and just waiting a minute to see if it worked... I can't tell until they make no sounds for a while :P

Mute works fine on Stoney . :)
I think as everyone seems to be saying patience is the key. ;)
ps. at work the "off" switch may be a better choice until lunch or break time! :P
