Title: Frisbee keeps opening his mouth?
Post by: Crystal:. on August 08, 2009, 09:55:58 PM
I've been noticing that Frisbee keeps opening his mouth whenever I pet his chin, his back, and other random places. He'll react to the petting for a bit, opening his mouth, then resume reacting to the touch. Is this some sort of software glitch? Or maybe I've fed Frisbee so much that he wants food all the time?

It might be Venus Fly Trap Syndrome where Frisbee thinks he is a Fly Trap and is attempting to catch flies ;)

Mine often open their mouths when I pet them :) They are just saying they really like it :)

I think that's normal. Olymused to do it sometimes. I think it's them reacting, like "OH! Something's touching me!" Would be a translation.

Well I'm glad it's not a glitch. I find the little fatty does that lots so I shoved a leaf in his mouth and most of the time he'll just eat it, other times we'll play a game of tug-a-war. I've put Fris on a bit of a diet to stop him from begging for food ever couple of seconds. Anyone else put their Pleo on a dino diet and have any pointers? :P
