:) So I been messing around with Freewebs on and off for a couple years now. So I know a bit of HTML. Yet, I fail to find a good tutorial on making Website Layouts. I greatly appreciate any help given. ;D

P.S. I prefer to use HTML instead of CSS, which I'm not nearly as familiar with.

You can't make a really good webpage without css I'm afraid, it controls a lot of useful things.
Try here, it helped me when I first started out with css. http://htmldog.com/guides/cssbeginner/
Oh and remember that IE uses a different setup to Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc and getting things to work on all browsers can be a nightmare :P I once spent two hours playing with a page trying to get everything to line up in all browsers and it turned out I just needed one simple code :P (.content {display: inline;}) So just be aware of that :)
Of course you can do a page with just HTML but there will be limitations on how you can set it up.

Thanks once again ImR! Too bad these forums didn't have a karma or rating system... ;) These tutorials look just perfect for learning CSS plus they have tutorials for HTML. Tommorow I'll finish those pictures for you- least I can do in return. ;D

Always happy to help where I can :) I know CSS is scary at first but once you get the hang of the basics it really isn't so bad, No need to go into the hard stuff like suckerfish coding though, you can achieve almost everything with the basic positioning codes, div boxes and tables :)

Actually, they do. It's just turned off. Too often it just becomes a problem because of personalities and egos.
