Title: Tearing Pleo?
Post by: Burberry016 on June 26, 2009, 11:14:13 AM
My Pleo hasn't ripped yet but if it does (which could happen at any given moment) I want to be ready and aware on what to do.  So if there is a kind sould out there who could tell me, I would appreciate it a lot.

It all depends on where the rip is, some would be easier to deal with than others... Gluing would be possible but you would have to be super careful on what glue you used, people have reported some glues may melt Pleo's skin and cause more damage.

Would crazy glue do the trick?  And speak of the devil, my pleo ripped today and it is where the back skin & the tail skin meet.

How bad is it?  Is it all the way threw the skin or is it just in the paint?

No an actual tear in the skin, not the paint.  I already have a topic on that :)

That's good because that should glue back nicely.   I have no clue what type of glue to use but maby some of the other members can help with this.
