LOL, you know that expression 'pay for it with my good looks' was one of my mothers favorite expressions. So I figured it fit perfectly, since I could never afford that!

Actually, I believe this might just be a FL law, but I saw this on the news the other day. If you are like myself driving a 1984 or newer car with less than 18 mpg, the govt will reimburse you $3500. But!! If the new car you get gets more than 10 mpg over your current hooptie, your reimbursement goes up to 4500! But I think you have to buy from an actual dealership. But the deal isn't bad because all you'd need is a few more thousand, and boom a brand new '09 priusm fresh off the lot!
