Do you have a pleo Ugobe  pleo reborn ? If you have a brand new pleo  than it is in it's hatchling mode . This means it will lay down and make baby noises in this mode it won't move a lot , only it's head. You need to pat your pleo and talk to him.  Your pleo comes to you as a baby and will get more mature  with every battery  cycle. After a few battery  cycles he will stand up and takes his first step.

If this is not the case and he or she doesn't  move at all it is something technical  , I have no experience with this so other forum members can give you advice. Goodluck  hopefully we can get your pleo  up and running in no time  :D
