Title: Common battery errors

Hi,

my Pleo is only 5 months old and now it has started to malfunction. It just stops, walks a bit, moves a bit and stops again. And so it continues. Anyone who knows anything about this, is the battery not working. Since Ugobe went bankrupt in April I have no one to turn to for fixing this.

 When you first turn Cleo on is this happening? It really sounds like the battery. Try unplugging your charger and adaptor and recharge battery. The battery may not have completely been charged enough.
I have had this happen.

Make sure that when you seat the battery in the base that you hear two clicking sounds and the battery is in straight up and down. The second click is the sound of the switch that turns the charger on.
