Title: probleme LED rouge

hello,

I have a problem with PLEO RB my little brother and it worked very well so far, but two months since he did not use it because we have to move, I have to recharge the battery is green OK, but when I LED lights remain on red under the belly of PLEO who know tell me why?

how do they work?

You could try cleaning the contacts on the battery and inside the pleo and on the charger.  Just give all the silver parts a rub with a damp soft cloth. There may just be a build up of dust and dirt after being stored for so long which is preventing the battery from making a good connection.  Let us know if this makes a difference and if not we will see what else we can suggest to try. :)

Hi Enver,
Try resetting your Pleo rb, by pressing down the button in the smaller hole by the large battery compartment. Also do check  and see that your battery is receiving a full 4 hour charge. Please keep us in the loop. Thank you.

Pleo could also think it is night time, whats happens if you remove the foot battery?

How long did you charge the battery for?

the battery is charging all night long, and is pleo but still does not work. I have pressed the reset button and nothing works like
