Hi all, I have a Pleo RB, I posted some time ago on the site of the photo, his name is Parsley. I need your opinion. I wanted to buy a new Pleo RB, but the retailer for Europe (I live in Italy) Robopolis, no longer sells the Pleo RB. I found it on Amazon.it the sale of the robot, its cost was € 190.90, and I bought it. Felicissima receive the package, but I begin to worry, because the package had the seal broken, it meant that had already been opened, the robot had one eye open and the other closed ... total panic ... load the battery and turn on Pleo RB, but not more than two consecutive beeps ago, I can not even turn it off. I try to resetarlo, but nothing ..... I would like to point out that the article is sold from Amazon.it new, never used. To my great regret I asked for a return to Amazon. I wanted to know from you if someone bought a Pleo RB on Amazon.it and if you know who I contact to buy a new Pleo RB in Europe, thanks

He needs a new foot battery for a start, or maybe it isn't installed properly. Check that it is flat side up, over the long silver prong and under the small two.
That might be all you need to do :)

Hi the video IMR is mentioning is great ! It is really tricky to install the clockbattery that is in the foot right and this video explanes it very wel. After that Even I understood it ;D goodluck I hope after that that your pleo works!
