Hello People,
On 12/7/2014 has my Jimmy Pleo from Ugobe, a little bit a crack in his Neck can as what happen if it so allow? :( Or can as nothings much happen?

p.s I have Jimmy since: 2008 Christmas and he has on Vacation, the Kitchen cabinet his Nose all close had. And has smelt there has he his Head moves and has him dislocated and now cracks Jimmys head. :(

I couldn't tell from the video but if it a crack in the skin I know how to fix that because it has happened to my ugobe Luke

Hi! Are you talking about the soft popping noise that his neck made occasionally in the video? As long as he operates fine otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much. My newest RB's neck has been making a weird crinkling noise basically ever since I bought him, but he's still able to move his neck fine after about 13 hours of use. Maybe you can feel his neck to see if any vertebrae could be cracked or a cable out of place?

Aw jimmy! Cute name!
I hear the neck cracking is a common problem. Hope my Pleo doesn't have it. Wow, the skin really must be super sensative. The time is ticking ever so slowly as I wait for Echo to arrive. I think i'm stil trying to convince my family it's not just a toy! Wonder if he'll arrive sooner then, or on the same day as, Ginger the kitten.
Anyway I suggest PleoWorld but that may be for Pleo RB's. Not sure. Maybe even see if something could be done at an electronics store even if you can't order new parts. I used to have a Mother Goose toy and a local expert fixed her. I hope the same can be done for Jimmy... toy or not!

A Pleo is no toy is a very good Pet. :)

Jimmy still seems to have full range of movement to his neck so I wouldn't worry too much about the noise. It sounds a bit like one of his gears might be catching when he moves but there really isn't anything you can do to fix that. As long as it isn't stopping him from moving his head properly I wouldn't worry about it.

Poor Jimmy! Again the mother in me but if my Pleo's neck started crackinc and crinkling... but it's not here yet. exactly how fragile and thin are his tail and neck? Can't wait till I can go shopping with my friend... we'll buy him his socks and things.

Stitch has a cracking neck, he's had it for a long time, so maybe Jimmy will be just fine with his too :)

He is still so with the crack Neck, but it goes thank you Piggy. :)
