From the idaho statesman  A creditors' meeting is scheduled for May 21.

This is to sell off Ugobe to the highest bidder in parts or full.

Yes, Eric it's true. I know (but nothing confirmed at the moment) there's something in the air to take Pleo rights from the remaining associates from Ugobe (you know that Caleb Chung got the 5% only of Ugobe Inc.).
