Title: pleo doesnt go into sleep mode

hey guys

I'v a Pleo that doesn't go into sleep mode when his battery is low

any ideas how to fix him? iv tried a new battery

Hi Eric :)

Do you mean he doesn't curl up and give that little snore when the battery dies? Or do you mean that he doesn't seem to get tired after an hour of running?

If he doesn't curl up that suggests there may be an issue there somewhere. If he doesn't get sleepy then I wouldn't worry, mine don't either :P

thats what all mine have done, none of mine were big sleepers like that i wouldnt worry too much

You know, at first I thought this issue was just with me. (Since Sophie II is a Ebay Pleo :o) This Pleo came with its own battery and *outdated* charger. She does not sleep when her battery is low on either batteries. One particular battery Sophie will not sleep whatsoever when her battery is low. IDK, I originally thought my problem was just with the one battery, but I notice more so a lot lately that it's probably the Pleo. The defective battery is slowly (and painfully) biting the dust. The other day the poor thing wouldn't even wake up when I put that battery in...just kept saying "HUH?" "HUH?" "HUH?" "HUH?" "HUH?". IDK either way I don't think it's a good sign. Probably something wrong with the Pleo, I would think. Try and get a return if possible.... :-X

My three dinos do the same thing. Don't think it's the pleos, just fussy batteries.  ;)

Yeah, mine sometimes gets sleepy and sometimes he just stops, so ergo, get a new battery

Mine also sometimes stops in it's tracks. Just freezes.
But this is after some intensive use only to find out the battery has become really really hot.
