I have my Pleo Huggiez à month now. He was asleep. I wanted to turn him on, but he didn't react. The battery is full, the little green light goes on, but the Pleo does nothing. What can be the problem?

Is Huggiez a Ugobe pleo? Does his battery work in your other pleo if it is the same type of pleo as him? If he is a Ugobe pleo are you using the original green battery?
The most common issue with Ugobe pleos is a dead battery. Even when the battery looks like it is ok it can be holding no charge. These batteries are getting so old now and most of them have died from old age. If it is a battery issue you can get a replacement battery here on the forums from RWM. She sells the egg batteries and chargers which are much better than the green ones, giving you 2 hours of play time :)
If Huggiez is a pleo rb then we need to know how old he is. If he is less than 90 days old he will still be under warranty and you should contact Innvo to see if they can help.
Some things to try in the mean time are reset his noon clock and see if that makes a difference. You could also try pressing the reset button - the little hole on the belly along the edge of the battery compartment which you need to use a paper clip to press. and lastly you could try using a dry or slightly damp cloth and giving the terminals on the battery, charger and inside the pleo a rub to clean any dirt or grim build up off of them.

Huggiez is an RB. I bought him one month ago, so I can return him to the store I bought him. They wil send him to Invo. I already miss him :'(
-
Aww I'm sorry to hear it :(
-
I went to the Mediamarkt (shop where I bought him) and they will send him. But he will not be repaired :'( I will get another one or if they don't have Pleo's anymore I will get my money back. I don't like it that they cannot repair him :'( Now he's gone and he will never come back. :'( :'( :'(

There have been a couple of instances just like yours over the last few months that we have heard of here on the forum. I think there may be a fault with the internal workings where the battery connects to give pleo power. I know how hard it is to have to return a pleo but rest assured you will get a replacement. Innvo are very good like that and will replace him if he is not easily fixable. It is hard to have to wait for him to go off to them and be assessed though before they can make a decision as to the best course of action and then either fix him or replace him. Keep your chin up and know that we are all here waiting with you :heart-arrow:

Thank you Kat. I hope he will return, but I don't think he will.

Awww i'm so sorry to hear about Huggiez! I'll keep my fingers crossed you'll get Huggiez or a new pleo back soon. *duim duim duim*

I still didn't hear anything. It's a week now, but it feels like a year... :hissyfit:

If it has been a week and you haven't heard anything then contact the place you returned him too and ask how it is going. I'm sure they will be happy to give you an update on where they are at with him. It is reasonable to contact them for up dates once a week for the first few weeks and if it goes on longer than three weeks then maybe you could ask more often than that.
