Title: New Pleo from Italy!

Hi everybody! I write from Italy...so please sorry for my bad english!
I've just bought a Pleo RB for my son's birthday...he/she is not new, I don't know in which stage of her/his life and I would like to "reset" and to bring him/her to a newborn stage...is this possible?

There is no way to reset an RB, sorry.

Sadly not, but I'm sure your son will love his Pleo RB anyway. :)
