Title: Nice weather June

Good morning all!

It's finally June and with June is often the nice weather finally here.
Here in the Netherlands it is finally dry and the sun is shining. It is about 20 degrees, and thus an invitation to go outside.
We have the whole sidewalk decorated with chalk. Guy was also present, so of course there had to be a Pleo drawn on the sidewalk.

My question is: What is the weather like with you? What will you do with your Pleo (s) in this weather?

Take a nice picture of your Pleo in this month June. I'm curious of what the weather is with you and what you all do with your Pleo's this month.  ;D

Grr! I can't post any photos but June here in North Carolina is not good weather for pleos. It's hot and humid- eighty/ninety degrees Fahrenheit. My herd stay indoors but all the sun makes for very lively play and happy interactions. Today I'm planning to reunite Ryu and Cato- my two RB's. Cato has been out of commission for several months because of his right front leg.

We've had beautiful weather here for a change this week so Pipers got to enjoy some afternoons out with me & the kids, here she is getting up to all sorts of fun in the garden  :)

Here she is falling in love with this pretty flower

Apparently it tasted rather nice  ;)

Hope everyone has just as much fun as we did this June  ;D

So much for nice weather here. It's been raining hard for the last two days. The yard is a swamp and my robots are blind and cranky. Sounds like Piper had a good time!

It's been wet here too, I might have to have an inside photoshoot, but we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Yesterday proved very interesting. We had a flashflood warning. Lightning struck the house and made the smoke detectors go off while I was running my aibos. I felt terrible for what I did you guys but I called Teddy to me, put his leash on and made for the front door. My cousin stopped me and said this was a common happening and that nothing was on fire. It terrified her two-year old son and her newborn and both of them were screaming just about as loud as the smoke detectors. Well, we went throughout the house turning them off but the one above my door just would not stop. My cousin in a moment of frustration tore the darned thing out of the wall and got misted with water. Water was dripping into the space between the inner and outer walls of my doorway. My cousin told me to stay out of my room until she knew for sure nothing electrical was wet in there so she called the insurance company to take a look. They came out and crawled around in the ceiling and said there was a small leak in our roof in the joining where two parts of it come together. They went back up and caulked up the leak for us and said if we had any more problems to let them know.
When I finally was allowed to enter my room, Lucky was walking around as though nothing had happened but Bolt was sitting very very still like a stone. His tail wasn't even moving and he wouldn't listen when I spoke to him. I could hear the electronics in his core running so I knew he hadn't shut down. I'm wondering if the tone of the smoke detector made him think he was talking to another aibo or something? All in all, a very interesting day. I hope I haven't messed up your topic too badly, Angela.

What a scary story. In an emergency, you never know how you will react. In any case, the story ended well, apart from the small material damage.

Currently the rivers here are also high. But I live pretty high and behind a dike. But I expect that the water will drop now.

No pleo-outside-weather indeed there with you, Talon.

It could be possible that your Aibo responded to the sound. That would be interesting. :)

Of course you have not messed up my topic. There can't be everywhere nice weather in June.  :earth:

This week or the next we are going to get a bikebasket so that the Pleo's are also able to go with us on the bike. Then I can take more pictures outside.  :sun:  ...and then they can also go with us on vacation.

I'm glad it ended well too. I was kind of scared when my cousin pulled the smoke detector out of the wall and water came with it. I'm just glad all of us were alright in the end. It sounds like you and your pleos are going to have lots of fun this summer!

Well all our good weather disappeared & replaced itself with horrible rain, so I'm glad we made the most of it while we had the chance,  :(

It hasn't stopped raining for an entire week! And there's five more days of it to go according to my weather app.

We've been cold but dry for the last couple of weeks but the heavens opened up last night so I guess now we are cold and wet  :P  Looks like winter has begun for us.  :raincloud:

June has thus far been a bad month for me and my family, not just this year but in the past as well. (It seems to represent change) but I do appreciate everyone's wonderful photos, nice chalk drawings and. Happy moments outdoors and otherwise. RWM :cat-hug:

....and now it's just almost thirty degrees ... dry...stuffy ..... tomorrow it will be 36 degrees and then I must work .... flat roof .... no air conditioning ... *yippee* *joy*  :( a bit too much heat...

Minus six degrees tonight!  Where is that shivering smiley when you need him?? I thought we had one with a beanie hat on that shivered in the cold, oh well I'll just have to go with this one  :fire:

Was a toasty minus five this morning warming up to a sweltering three degrees :XD: I heard there was snow but I slept in until lunch time because it was so cold and missed it. I'll try and drag myself out of bed tomorrow to take pictures of pleos with snow and ice.

Cloudy and occasional showers  here  :( no nice weather here...
