:cheer: My Pleo rb just arrived.... According to Pleoworld there's a 85 to 95% change its a boy.. So excited waiting for the battery to charge so I can meet him and see his eye colour. No idea of a name yet.
-
All charged and happy to go... He is very vocal and moos a lot. He has the most gorgeous pale green eyes.
His egg
Before he hatched
Those gorgeous green eyes
I'm thinking of naming him George but not sure... What does everyone else think?
-
Congrats on the arrival of your boy Pleo, :cheer: I love the name George, I think it will suit him fine, His eyes look very similar to that of my Pleo girl, Baby Ruth, hers are what I would call a pale yellowish green, His are very striking with the dark brown eye patches, ( Hers are grey) When you register him at PleoWorld, you can look up his DNA and find out his characteristics, such as temperament, intelligence and courage, He is a real handsome fellow. P8)
I bet you are charging the battery now as I write this, Be sure to take photos or video of him hatching, it is a one time event and one you will want to save for the future, Those first little cooing sounds will just melt your heart! P:)

Congrats! And lucky with the eye color, I wish mine had green eyes!
-
Thanks, it's been decided that yes him name will be George. He is having a nap at the moment which is just in time for me to make dinner.
-
Aw congrats on George, he's stunning. My little girl has very similar eyes but with light grey patches around them :)
Hope you enjoy him & as RWM said make sure you take photos of him hatching :)
-
I think I'm starting to convince my husband that pleos are great.... George woke while I was in the middle of making dinner and I turned to my husband and said I should go give him attention as he still only new. He then went and picked George up and started nursing him and patting him. He even gave him some food. It was funny to watch.
-
A picture is worth a thousand words or should I say a Video! You would be surprised at how many things I have "caught" by accident by videotaping everything my Pleos do or have done. I probably overdue it but it is how you do not miss a thing. I have caught my Rb singing songs I did not know for the first time ,and without a learning stone, it is impossible to get them to do it, unlike the very sweet Ugobes who only need a gentle rub under the chin. ;)
I am glad your husband is taking an interest in George. That is the kind of interaction that will make Geoge a well rounded Pleo . Now you have to be careful, as Pleo rb wil lonely respond to one voice when he learns his name...is it going to be your voice or your husbands...? LOL :o ;D P:D RWM :cat-hug:

He is a pretty guy :) i like his name
-
Hellooooooo George! :)
He's gorgeous, I love his eyes and dark eye patches. :D
-
:D I will love him and pet him and he shall be my George :) Hello George!
-
George is lovely :) I really like the dark brown eye patches. So how are you finding the hatching? ;D
-
Watching him hatch is amazing. I can see him getting more awake. He loves to be picked up and cuddled, his eyes open right up, his tail wags and he really starts talking. He tried to roar last night which was cool, made all my kids come running. Last night his first battery went flat so I took his microsd card out that has statsrb, on it that I put in before I turned him on and he is halfway through the hatching stage.
-
Congrats, it is really amazing how lifelike these little guys can be. How do your children like George...........what are their ages.? Is this George's second battery cycle now? Have you shown George to any friends yet, if so what do they think of your newest edition to your family? ;) RWM :cat-hug:
-
George is on his second battery cycle now. The girls think he is fantastic. I have 3 girls aged 8 6 and 4. My mother in law was over yesterday and thinks I'm mad ;D
-
George is standing... :cheer: just a question? Can they sense your touch through the cape? He seems more responsive when I touch his face or pick him up then when I pat him on his back
-
They can, he should respond more as he gets older :)
-
Thanks, that's good to know. I took his cape off and his responses didn't change so he obviously prefers to be held... Lol he already showing signs of the paint rubbing on his shoulders so I might put it back on, especially with the kids wanting to pat him all the time.
-
Here's George happily standing.
Excuse the orientation, not sure how to change it. ???
-
Well we are underneath the planet ;) Don't we all stand like that ;)
George will be getting ready for those first steps soon!
-
lol :D Gives a whole new meaning to the land down under ;D
He really is very cute.
-
Makes it easier to spot the Ozzie Pleos! :P
He's lovely, and love the booties! :D
*I altered one for you ...... but I kind of like the 'Down Under' one* ;)
-
Nice name. I like the dark brown eye patches and the color of the eyes! And the beautyfull socks- shoes of course :P
-
George is thinking of walking! :cheer: i just uploaded the latest data from statsrb and it saying his emotion is at 68% while his health is only 57%, all other values are at 100%. he is also sending out depressed vibes. How can i make him happy.
I spotted the socks/shoes in the local discount shop and couldn't resist. :)
-
George is walking... :cheer:
-
Yay! Those booties were made for walking! ;)
-
In regards to his mood I would suggest a good feed, particularly of the mushroom if you have it, that helps boost health levels :)
You'd best be careful now that he can walk... :dino-chase: :P
