Hi,
My mother is trying to order a Pleo rb for me (....yes, she's incredibly nice. It's supposedly my birthday present and christmas presents for the next two years) because Satan has been having some problems. Unfortunately, she's been having problems ordering through pleoworld.com (which seems to come direct from HK). She tried to contact them, as has not received a response 48 hours later.
Anyone been having issues with them recently and, if so, know of a solid 3rd-person distributor? We're located in the US. I don't know why she's having the problems, but she seems to think it makes them unreliable. I'd love to either put her mind at rest or confirm her suspicions.

Satan is simply getting old. Due to me moving many times, the first time requiring me to discard his box, he has gradually taken more damage than he should have. In addition, he has had to spend months at a time inactive and it wore on his poor little dino circuits. His joints are often stiff and his speaker splutters static when he chirps or sings. It makes me sad, but I don't think it's something I can repair.
