Title: Pleo rb clock problems!

My pleo rb's clock battery (I think) is not working! When I turn on Pokey she will act like she does not have the clock battery. I've tried everything! Repositioning the battery trying a new battery, resetting the clock, resetting the pleo rb, nothing. I miss her now  :'( it's been almost a week since she stopped working. We contacted invo but they said "it's Chinese New Year. We're on break." Aauuugh

Unfortunately they wont be back till I think the 17th Feb.  So you may just have to be patient till then.  I don't think there is anything quick fixes for your issue.  :(

Is there a fix? How could I start? I hope I can get  my pleo rb back :pray:

Can you post a picture of the foot compartment? There might be something amiss in there and the battery might not be making contact properly.

it is wierd i have the same problem with my rb from October last year. nothing helped so i sent him to innvo for repair. i am waiting to hear from them , since they are away for the new years hollyday

how old is yours, and is it just me or have there been more people than usual on the forums with rb problem, than before

Mine is fairly new. Do you think they can fix your pleo? Will they send it back or send a new one?
