Hi all, this is a great place for pleo lovers so I feel right at home!
My new Pleo rb has a problem, I am not sure why...
I have charged the battery fully and it reads 8.44 volts... After I plug it in and turn on Littlefoot and set her down, she takes a few seconds to wake but when she does she groans a little and moves a bit but then stops... I can hear her motors run inside as if they want to move but no extended movement, then it goes quiet for around 30-50 seconds and repeats the grunt and starts to try to move again. If I keep her on she repeats this and doesn't wake fully up! Also, she can't switch off by holding the on/off button. I have to remove the battery to turn her off! Help!
She was working fine only a few days ago and as far as I know I have kept her fed and happy...
And I have a new battery on the way to check if it is that but I am not sure...
She is also always looking to the left and her neck doesn't seem to move when she does her little glitchy movements. I want her well again, can anyone shed some light on the issue?
I would be very grateful as I got her for Xmas so she is not very old!

Welcome :)
Did you try the update before this problem started?
Try taking the clock battery out, turning her on, waiting for the beeping to start, yanking the battery out and replacing the foot battery.
Also try hitting the reset button with a paperclip (while switched on) you'll find it in the belly next to the big battery.
Finally try cleaning all the terminals on the battery, charger and Pleo.

Thanks, I will try the suggestions...
Let you know how it goes... Hope she's not sick....

Tried the suggestions but to no avail! She still only makes a short sound and then moves a little. She repeats this every minute or so...
I have emailed Innvo labs to get some advice and help...

Maybe you could take a short video for us and post it here. Might help someone shed some light on the issue. Innvo will probably want a video anyway so it wouold be good to do one for them if nothing else.

Well it seems the team at Innvo would like me to send her back for review and repair...! Could take 4-5 weeks!
If there is a major issue they will replace her so we will see what happens.
Let you know what eventuates... Missing her already!

4-5 weeks? That's such a long time, but just think of all the fun you'll have once she comes home with the problems fixed, you could throw a welcome back party! :D
