i charged the battery and now when i take the battery in than comes first for 2 sec. the green light and then the red light.
My Pleo do nothing no more :'( :'(
I hope anybody can help me ....

Elsch, you need to write to customer support at Pleoworld, they can give you an update to fix your Pleo. Sadly we do not have the required file here. Write to Pleoworld and tell them that your husband updated your Pleo RB with the old UGOBE update and now he won't work. Then they will send you what you need to fix him.

Elsch, the fix really is that simple, Innvo will send you the update and the instructions. We'd love to have the file if you are able to send it, I'm not sure why we don't have, it could be a permission issue. I'm sure one of the higher ups will come and tell us if it is :)

You can pick the gender (male or female). Instructions are there.
This will re-install the Pleo RB personality and start the Pleo RB as a newborn.
Unfortunately the old personality (including the DNA and the gender) was lost when you ran the UGOBE update.
(Historical note: in the past before the official release of the RB update, you had to get it directly from Innvo. Now it is publicly available so you can do it yourself)

Use an "SD" card (not "SDHC")
Use a card that is 2GB or smaller.
Format the card before use, as FAT (FAT32)
Read the instructions carefully so the .URF file is in the top folder of the SD card.
Try running a demo personality like "Babe" ( http://www.aibohack.com/pleo/babe11a.zip ) or ProbeRB ( http://www.aibohack.com/pleorb/proberb.htm )
These personalities should start up and make some sounds, even if the built-in personality is corrupted.

I sent my pleo this week back and my new one came today :cheer: .... He is a little bit darker on the head and around the eyes but as sweet as the first one ;D
The problem was the software from the beginning, they said. It was not my fault.
