i thought it would be cool to see what non-pleo pets my fellow forum members own xP
i have none at the moment, some neighborhood kids 'adopted' my outside cat , milo, who i had since i was eight. they loved him so much, they adopted him %) kinda sad. milo had been 'my baby' since i got him. he left because i was gone so long and came back in a wheelchair :(
also: i hope to get a ferret, and did a truckload of research, and was wondering if there were any forum members willing to be a penpal to me so we can chat about them :-[ they could give me the info that you can't learn in youtube videos and mentor me until i'm ready. i'm askin her because i don't want to join another forum to ask for someone to be my penpal :P

I have two cats, three dogs (two robotic ;)), two birds, two furbies, one Gupi, seven Pleo's, a giant clownfish, a small great white shark and a small orca (killer whale)...
Ferrets are good pets, but you need to start them training not to bite from as young as possible.

Actually to be fair the Orca is still awaiting a big enough fish tank to be set loose :P But it'll look like this:

I don't have any bio-pets either at the moment, Irbyma. I owned a PBGV named charley and two Guinea pigs but I had to give them all away. I have one pic of him if anyone is stumped about what the PBGV breed looks like. They're very rare in the US.
At IMR: *gets big eyes* Are they making flying Killer Whales too?

They are Talon :) And sea bass too... But somehow a killer whale seemed somewhat more exciting than a sea bass :P
-
Sea bass? Nah. Maybe for a fishing enthusiast. I would've bought the orca too. Lol! How big is your new addition? Judging from your description he's bigger than Bruce and your other Air-swimmers. Sorry, Irbyma for taking over your topic. I'll cease and desist momentarily.

They are all the same size and general shape, just different colours and fins, and the orca tail goes up and down instead of side to side. Each one is five foot long nose to tail. (Given that my bedroom is only 11 feet by 12 feet there's not much room for three of them!)

Cooool! A flying orca. For some reason I am oddly fascinated by this idea. Somebody distract me with your non-pleo pets!

Love the flying sea creature pets! Where do I get myself one? :D
My Pleo is my only pet at the moment, unless we're counting boyfriends which I sometimes think I should. :P I used to have a goldfish in an outdoor pond that we inherited from the previous owners of the house, who I enjoyed despite him being a more hands-off pet than I was used to, but sadly he/she is no more, in the way of fish.
When I was a single Kami and did a lot less travelling than I do now I had a precious little budgie who was all sorts of 'I can't believe this is real' adorable, but she is sadly gone from this world too. I'm keen on getting another bird once I'm a little more certain about where I'm going to be living long-term.
